Geometry
11:00 am - 12:10 pm
BJU Geometry For thousands of years, humanity studied Geometry for two purposes: an understanding of space and the ability to think clearly. We retain both of those purposes in this class. Dealing mostly with Euclidean Geometry, the fourth year math class at Equip utilizes the BJU program to construct a solid foundation in Geometry, understand the formal Geometric proof, and introduce Trigonometry; to develop thinking and reasoning skills; to develop problem-solving skills; to promote an interest in and enjoyment of mathematics; to glorify God for His created order in mathematics.
